Flexilube, an independent lubricant producer and waste oil re-refinery in Meyerton, Gauteng; is seeking a skilled professional to manage our financial records up to trial balance.
JOB TITLE: SENIOR BOOKKEEPER
Job Description:
- Full accounting function up to trial balance.
- Assist with annual audit preparations and BBEEE preparations.
- Ensure that invoices and statements are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
- Assist with stock management and procurement processes.
- Knowledge of international purchases and imports.
- Knowledge of payroll processes.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
- Minimum of 5 years in bookkeeping, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in Sage Evolution and Sage Payroll Professional; advanced Excel skills required.
- Relevant accounting or finance qualifications are essential.
